Cause who said work can’t be fun!!

Upon completion of our Thursday Culture FYI’R, I thought it may be helpful for a handful of people to come to the studio so we can work on expanding the ideas we have just discussed. If the mission is to help each other accomplish our goals then let’s start putting that to practice.

The Bapecave isn’t huge but big enough to house a small group for us to build. I have a lounge with a pre production setup (Avalon/tlm103) , a control room and a vocal booth all with ample space for artists / writers etc to get in their creative zone.

Each week we can set aside time to go through what everyone is working on. Maybe once a month we have listening session, other days we work collectively to help one project get finished and another we split into groups to work more like a factory, songwriters writing, producers producing, etc

Trying to figure out the exact head count per session for it to help maximum people’s results.
