Julie Pilat

Julie Pilat is an award-winning music, media and digital entertainment executive, born and raised in Seattle and based in Los Angeles. Julie spent eight years as a key global executive at Apple Music. After she was initially recruited by Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre to be the first Head of Music at Beats Music, Julie took on an expanded role following Beats’ acquisition by Apple to launch Beats 1, the first radio station to broadcast live from L.A., New York and London 24/7 (via Apple Music) to more than 150 countries worldwide.


An entertainment industry thought leader and Billboard Women In Music honoree, today, Julie works as a consultant and partner with established companies, public agencies, and startups including FYI, DataShapes, The Recording Academy, AI LA, The White House, Invisible Narratives, and Jammcard to transform brand creative, integrate product technology and AI, design immersive entertainment experiences, and ensure lasting cultural impact - all while tirelessly advocating for artists.


Julie’s most recent awards include being named alongside Marianne Williamson as Visionary Women:

Champions of Peace and Non Violence, a Woman of Power by Variety, Top 40 Women’s Hour Power List by the BBC, and she is also a Debrah Constance Humanitarian Award winner.

Dr. Darrel Allamby

Delite, known as the Slow Jam King, is a Panamanian-American Grammy nominated, Multi- Platinum, musician, Songwriter, and producer. Born and raised in Brooklyn he developed his love for music early, playing drums and piano and drawing influence from his Panamanian roots and East Coast upbringing. His career began as a session musician with the House group Total Science and evolved through collaborations with Dallas-based artists like Vanilla Ice and a local rap group U Know Who?.


Delite initially formed the R&B group Protegé, which signed with The Untouchables label under DJ Eddie F but ultimately disbanded. Returning to New York, he co-produced and co-wrote Billy Lawrence's *Paradise* album with Billy and production team TrackMasterz, which opened doors with Elektra Records and led to work with major acts including Ray J and L.S.G.


Delite’s credits span some of the biggest names in R&B and hip-hop, including "My Body" by L.S.G., "Meeting in My Bedroom" by Silk, "If U" by Silk, "What’s It Gonna Be?" by Busta Rhymes feat. Janet Jackson, "If I Ruled the World" by Nas feat. Lauryn Hill, "Don't Let Go" by En Vogue (remix), "Crazy" by K-Ci & JoJo, "Thinkin' About It" and "Taking Everything" by Gerald Levert, "What If?" by 112, "I Really Wanna Sex Your Body" by Link, plus production for MC Lyte, Bobby Valentino, Aretha Franklin, Luther Vandross, Diddy, and Too $hort.


With 6 ASCAP awards, Grammy nominations, and over 50 million records sold, Delite’s unique sound continues to inspire, influencing new generations through sampled and interpolated tracks. His company, 2000 Watts Music, has nurtured talents like Link and Steve Morales, Kenny FLAVe Dickerson, Antionette Roberson, and Dallas native Chyna.

Through their creative agency Half/Full Creative, they showcase their multifaceted approach to music and multimedia, solidifying their unique impact on the music scene and offering immersive experiences that captivate listeners.
