Lisa Erspamer is an Emmy and Grammy-nominated Executive Producer. She launched Lisa Erspamer Entertainment (LEE) in 2012 to create and produce talent-driven documentaries, TV series, and books, inclluding feature docs GABBY GIFFORDS WON’T BACK DOWN, WHITNEY (nominated for Grammy, Critics Choice, IDA, and NAACP awards), and MY LIFE (following Mary J. Blige), 5-time Emmy-nominated syndicated talk show PICKLER & BEN, and the New York Times bestseller A LETTER TO MY MOM.
She’s also advised Starbucks, Kroger, Pinterest, and other clients on their branded content and influencer marketing strategies. Prior to founding LEE, Lisa spent 18 years producing THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW and subsequently launched Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) as the Chief Creative Officer and EVP of Production & Development. There, she greenlit 600 hours of original programming and oversaw the network’s marketing and launch strategy. Lisa also serves as an early-stage investor and media advisor to start-ups through her VC fund Happy Street Ventures, where she backed successful brands including Bloom Nation, Slumberkins, The Farmer’s Dog, Blume Skin Co., and Uqora.
