FYI'RES in Austin!

I'm moving to Austin, TX and I want to bring what I've learned from Culture FYI'RES with me!

This community has been so wonderful and it's been an absolute joy getting to hear from guest speakers and supporting my peers in their various journeys!

I'm part of a variety of communities in Austin and I know many people who would really benefit from attending these Culture FYI'RES. So my goal is to bring the FYI'RE to them!

This journey is just getting started, so I'm not sure what shape it'll take. I would love to continue to use the FYI app to connect the community.

The two things I really want to focus on and provide to the community is connections through guest speakers and opportunities to share projects with others.

I've identified a handful of peor I think would be good guest speakers.

I've identified some potential locations for hosting the event.

The West China Tea House

(Current location has indoor space, new location will have outdoor garden space)

(Indoor and outdoor spaces)

Cosmic Brewing

(Outdoor space)

Be Well

(Indoor space)

• Initial interest in the event
• Getting people to download and use the app and help them on-board to it quickly.
• Finding and scheduling guest speakers.
• Maintaining a consistent audience (or growing the audience).

Goal:

Host events that capture the spirit of culture FYI'RES in Austin by providing space and structure that fosters community building and growth.
